The series is documenting women in their 7th-9th decades. In this project I examined the changes the female body undergoes over the years and femininity at these ages. I tried to challenge the current concept of beauty, and the approach that beauty is only exemplified by smooth young bodies. The stains, wrinkles, grey hair and saggy skin, are presented in all their glory to generate thought and acceptance. I wanted to stimulate visibility of older femininity, the physical aspects that are not expressed in the media. 

The series won second place in photography competition "Long Exposure" dealing with the older population of Israel. Competition held by JDC and PHOTO IS:RAEL.
